The health & safety of our customers and staff is our primary concern. We want to reassure everyone that we will continue to take all measures to protect our customers and staff. We are following the advice of relevant authorities & we have put the following measures in place until further notice:
-Meetings & personal contact: Non-essential meetings have been cancelled
-Orders: Orders will be processed as normal by phone, by email or by using the form on our website. Our couriers are operating as normal. However, a collection service will no longer be available
-Service calls & customer care: please log all service calls in the normal way. We aim to carry out all service calls remotely, where possible. However, on-site service calls will take place when necessary and we will make contact in advance of each visit to discuss how best to avoid unnecessary personal contact and to ensure the health and safety of all involved
-Equipment deliveries: We will make contact in advance of each visit to discuss how best to avoid unnecessary personal contact and to ensure the health and safety of all involved
