Overview
The Epson SureColor R5000 and R5000L are proven 64-inch resin printers designed for busy sign and display environments. Using UltraChrome RS water-based resin inks, they produce durable, scratch-resistant output with no solvent smell, no outgassing delays and fast turnaround from print to finish.
For shops producing posters, banners, wall graphics, vehicle wraps and retail signage, the R5000 range offers a practical alternative to eco-solvent and latex, without ventilation requirements or long cure times.
Choose the R5000 with 1.5 litre bulk pouches, or the R5000L with larger 3 litre pouches for longer uninterrupted production runs.
Why it works
Prints come off the machine dry and ready for cutting or laminating straight away. No outgassing, no delays, no bottlenecks at the finishing stage.
UltraChrome RS resin inks are low odour and scratch resistant, ideal for retail, healthcare and education environments while still delivering outdoor durability when laminated.
Epson halftoning and Micro Weave technology reduce grain and banding. Controlled heating and curing deliver stable colour across long runs, avoiding reprints due to variation.
Large ink tanks reduce refilling and downtime. The R5000L's hot-swap tanks allow refilling without stopping production, ideal for high-volume environments.
Ad-ATC delivers excellent dimensional stability, especially important for tiled applications such as wall coverings and window graphics. Reduces material waste and installation time.
