In weights from 100gsm to 300gsm, we supply UPM Digi Color Laser. This is a supercalendered paper specially designed for high quality digital printing. It has an extra smooth surface and a high whiteness, providing brilliant and sharp images with vibrant colours. For the ultimate in stunning images, brilliant colors, subtle color nuances and perfect contrast, UPM should be your choice.

In 350gsm SRA3, we now supply Biancoflash. This is a hugely versatile paper for design and high-end print. Biancoflash is the original brand from Favini and the Italian word for whiteness and quality.

We now supply paper by the box and prices below exclude VAT but include delivery anywhere on the island of Ireland, pricing as follows:

Why PCL from digitalprint.ie?

PCL range – stands for Print Copy Laser in other words can be multiple process printed e.g. pre print litho and then overprint by laser or copier (or both). Layout is designed to be capable of gripping through a litho press and still have sufficient room for image bleed into the grip edge. The labels all have 2mm gutters both ways on the sheet both for image bleed capability and stability for the multiple process printing (litho is ‘wet’ laser and copier very hot and dry). Very few label manufacturers produce similar ranges and we hold a patent on the multi print capability of the labels on the sheets. If you need to produce printed labels either by litho or digital laser (or both) then this is the range the professional print trade uses.

cPAX A4 Document folders:

Available exclusively from digitalprint.ie, our cPAX range of A4 document folders makes short runs of document folders highly profitable. Designed by digitalprint.ie to take advantage of the OKI's unique ability to print onto a sheet size much longer than SRA3, these document folders cater for short runs of 1 to 100. These are precisely the run lengths which are neither worthwhile nor profitable when done on a litho press.

cPAX A4 Document folderscPAX document folders come in packs of 50 and are on a sturdy 300gsm white board. Sheet size out of the pack is 328mm x 640mm and the folders are pre-scored, pre-creased and ready to print. The cPAX range produces a much more professional finish than the cheap looking document folder with a glue on pouch.

The keyline is available free from digitalprint.ie to enable you to easily design your document folders and save you time.

Once printed, simply remove the waste from around the perforated edge (there to enable you to print a document folder with full bleed), fold down along the pre-creased edges, fold in the integrated pouch and finish with some double sided tape. Your finished product is a sturdy document folder with a 5mm gusset, capable of holding a number of A4 documents and is complete with cut marks for a business card on the inside. You can laminate for that extra touch if you wish.cPAX Keyline
