The EBA 4855 is a fully automatic programmable guillotine with a cutting width and depth of 475mm and is our best selling guillotine from the EBA range. The digital backgauge control and 99 program unit ensures fast and accurate cutting in the busiest of digital and litho printing departments. The 4855 will tramsform your paper cutting operation.

Standard features:

Electro-mechanical blade and clamp drive; power backgauge with ”EP“ backgauge control module; electronic hand wheel for manual backgauge positioning with infinitely variable speed control (from very slow to very fast; optical cutting line indicator with bright and durable LEDs; automatic clamping system, guided on both sides for evenly distributed clamping pressure (clamp can be lowered or raised independently from blade); spindle guided backgauge; adjustable backgauge with narrow separations and plastic gliders; two side lays each on front and rear tables; solid steel blade carrier and adjustable blade guides; complete with stand and storage shelf.

Safety features "SCS" (SAFETY CUTTING SYSTEM):
